Pilates Mind & Body with Kate Jeans, a fully qualified Pilates Instructor & a level 2 Franklin Method Educator are held in the hall on Monday mornings from 9am – 11.15am each week.
A yoga mat is required and it is advisable to wear loose or stretchy clothing.
