Having practised and enjoyed Pilates for twelve years, I understand/know that it is a discipline which suits everyone. It balances out a highly active lifestyle and is a good introduction to exercise for the more sedentary.
Pilates improves posture and core strength and can also alleviate stress, aid sleep and improve digestion. Having suffered lower back pain during both my pregnancies I discovered first-hand the benefits to posture when I returned to regular classes.
I was fortunate enough to have been taught by master teacher Suzanne Scott.
I am thrilled to be able to teach something which has become my passion. I am constantly amazed at what our bodies are capable of doing and enjoy the buzz of helping my clients achieve their potential.
My classes aim to introduce relevant and fun functional movements which will enhance everyday life whilst also enjoying an awareness of the body and its incredible capabilities.
